Most of the no-heat calls in January come from a furnace nobody looked at in October. Kincaid Heating & Air was set up to be the firm that looks.
There are eighteen of us: crews that run a route by street, and an office that texts the weeks. A job we find on a visit is quoted in writing, and a replacement is quoted only when the numbers call for one.
