Where the routes run

Columbus and the towns around it

Crews are sent by street. Each street has a week in spring and a week in fall, and the office texts it.

Columbus and Franklin County

  • Marble Cliff
  • Whitehall
  • Obetz
  • Groveport
  • Minerva Park
  • Blacklick Estates
  • Lockbourne
  • Urbancrest

Licking County

  • Pataskala
  • Etna

Fairfield County

  • Lithopolis
  • Baltimore

We don't take new plan routes north of Minerva Park, east of Pataskala, or south of Lockbourne. If your house is past that line, we will say so on the phone.

How routes work

How a street gets its week

  • Streets are grouped

The crew lead groups streets that are near each other, so a crew does a whole stretch in a week without driving across the county.

  • Each route has two weeks

One in September or October for the furnace and one in April or May for the air conditioner.

  • You get a text, not a surprise

The office texts your week and a day that is already picked. Move it once and we keep it.
